Step 1:

 

Meet & Greet   It’s crucial that before any paperwork gets signed we meet and decide if we are a good pair. Buying a home requires both patience, diligence and trust so making sure we can work well together is essential. This is an opportunity for me to listen to your needs and wants, figure out your budget and timeline and start filling in the blanks with answers.

 

Step 2:

Pre-Qualifying   I highly encourage my buyers to get pre-qualified so we’re not wasting time, getting hopes up, and finding out the hard way after the fact. I have many recommendations in the field and can help direct you to the professionals who will get you clear about your finances.

 

Step 3:

​

The Hunt   As you carry on with your day to day activities I will send you notifications when houses that fit your description hit the market. My job is to show you any and all homes that you may have an interest in, prioritize which are the best contenders and organize viewings that will work with your schedule.

 

Step 4:

 

Writing an Offer   Once we find THE home I will find comparable homes that have sold, make sure you are paying a fair price, and work through the steps of writing a proper offer.

 

Step 5:

 

Fulfilling Conditions   Generally when writing an offer we will put conditions in place to protect you as the buyer (such as home inspection). Once we have an accepted offer I will be be right there with you through the process of fulfilling your conditions making sure it’s a smooth transition.

 

Step 6:

Closing Day   Closing day is an exciting and hectic day where you are given the keys to your new home. That day is committed to you as my client and I am right there to help you through it. Whether you need help packing and moving, or simply need contacts and resources I am there right till the end.

 

Step 7:

 

Celebrate   CONGRATULATIONS! You have now officially purchased a new home! That requires a celebration of your success - of course I am beyond thrilled to partake!!
