  • How Do You Determine an items value?
    Foster Jewelry Buyers uses items’ current appraised values, its current condition, and its retail value to offer customers fair, generous, and honest quotes for their belongings. Our experts use advanced tools to review different items and keep a working knowledge of their merchandises’ marketplace value and the costs associated with preparing it for sale and selling it.
  • How Will I Be Paid?
    If both parties agree to a sale and you are satisfied with the offer presented, we can pay immediately in the form of cash or check. We also offer the convenience of Venmo and Zelle for those who prefer not to carry cash.
  • What Items Can I sell?
    We buy gold and silver jewelry, gold and silver coins, bars or bullion, and fine jewelry pieces from brand names such as Harry Winston, Tiffanys, Van Cleef and Arpels and more!
  • How Do You Determine The Price of Gold or Silver?
    Gold prices depend on market value on any given day, and also the quality of the gold being valued. For example, 24K gold is more highly valued than 14K gold. Prices vary depending on the market price of gold and what quality of gold is being evaluated. The same goes for silver, 999 pure silver holds more silver content and carries more value then .925 sterling silver or .800 silver.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
